The information provided at registration — including your name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate. If any details are later found to be false, Winbetbg reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.

Keep your account password strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted. Accounts may not be transferred or sold. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.

Once a bet is confirmed on Winbetbg, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform's side is proven. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

A few important points about odds: In Live Betting, odds change in real time. If a technical error causes odds to be displayed that differ significantly from market value, Winbetbg reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount in full.

If a match is abandoned or postponed, Winbetbg's policy is to either refund the bet or apply the revised result, in accordance with the specific rules of each betting market. Separate rules apply to in-play betting in the event of a suspension.

Accumulator (parlay) betting lets you combine multiple events into a single bet. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If any one event is cancelled (No Result), that event is treated as odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections are multiplied as usual.

An active account is required to make deposits on Winbetbg. Winbetbg does not charge any service fee for deposits — any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are separate and unrelated.

If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the associated balance may be forfeited. However, if closure is due to inactivity, the balance will be returned provided KYC verification has been completed.
